Hello everyone,

I have some newbie questions. Please pardon my ignorance.

I have dip switches on the back of my xbox, so I guess this means the chip is X2 Pro.

What is the purpose of the dip switches?
Are they there for XBox Live ? Do they need to be in a different position for flashing?
