I have tried

but they failed.

Did you enter the code correctly including the # + p w?
Did you enter the code without the sim in?
The code above is correct (do not try again, yet)

It could yes, in my instructions it states very clearly to remove the sim first then enter the code, but as this is your last attempt I do not want to be responisible for hardlocking your mobile. I will discuss this with NoLimit and see what he recommends.

Thank you. Sorry for not following your instruction.
On the last four times, I followed the instruction from others:
For this cell phone, if I do not insert a SIM, there is no box or message to enter the unlock code, but the message "please insert a SIM" shows.
I am waiting for you and NoLimit's reply.
If at last it is hardlocked, it is ok for me since I made several mistakes by myself.

Entering with the sim in has messed up any further chances for unlocking unless you want to try the code pazzini gave you again without the sim. It can't hurt and it may unlock it but we'll see when you get done.

After I entered the code, it said "can't undo restriction". Does this mean that I have to do hard-unlock? :(
