i just got my cable to hook up to the internet, last nite i tried downloading Tony Hawks Progect 8 and it was at 82% when i went to bed and had also put Top Spin to start after that. This morning i woke up and Top Spin was at 25% and Progect 8 was nowhere to be found and it was disconnected from XBL. Also last nite i had a very steady connection and now today its disconnecting all the time. Where did my demo go? and how can i fix my connection?

Your demo went to where demo's are stored. Games Tab and Demos.
As for your connection, unplug it and plug the modem back in. That usually helps.
