hay guys ive got some music from the int... and when i rip the songs on to the 360 , the volume is very low even when i put it up to full, is there a way to increase the volume in the mp3 file?

there is indeed. You need some audio software that lets you normalize the file. CDex does it and you can get this from this site.
if that doesnt work then the file may just be poor quality.
