I was reading the description of the chip and noticed where it says what kind of media the chip will boot that I said nothing about DVD+R's. It does say it will boot DVD+R Dl's so I'm sure it will DVD+R I'm just paranoid cause I have a bunch of Verbatim DVD+R that i was gonna use for burning and if they wont work.....well that would suck so if anyone knows for sure I'd appericate it thanks.

I only use DVD+R.

They work great, think it depends more on your model PS2 then your chip though.

the type of media read is more dependant on your system then the mod.
