help forward ports for killzone

when i try to play killzone online it downloads the updates 3mb worth, then i login to play it gives me network errors.. saying there is a glitch in the network. i googled the problem and see i have to forward ports, or enable DMZ. i tried the DMZ thing and it didnt work, and i dont know what ports to open..

it is an original game
my router is. Linksys, WRT54GS Firmware Version: v1.50.5

please help :)
