PES6 - how to make PAL game work on US tvs??

so I finally got the iso but I forgot I'm in US
all PAL games never works on my TV, either black+white screen or shaking like hell
I heard that there is a patch to convert the thing but I don't know how
it involve changing a y-fix or something like that and what is the right value for PES6?
