I've used both bitsoup and blackcats in the past and would recommend them.
Maybe it wasn't that thread. But I did see one here somewhere that listed a few sites as places to download 360 games and apps. Maybe it was in one of the bittorent specific forums, I can't remember.
In addition to the those mentioned by bhetrick I'd recommend XboxSky and RevolutionTT.
