Guys im having a strange problem...i got some games from 2 differents sites(not allowed to say wich ones...plz dont ask)and when i xtract the game comes up loads of rar files,right?then i xteact the again those files with WinRAR and then comes up a nrg file(but look lise more an iso file but when u point with the mouse say it that its an nrg file...i can c that dvd file or nfo...am i doin some wrong?getting crazy up in here..not even ss merger 1.6 could help me...help i got them verbatim and the pioneer 111d ready to go but i dont wanna use them if im not sure(them verbatim quite xpensive)

if it is .nrg, i am pretty sure that they made the image with Nero, but it doesn't matter, you said there was a .dvd file then that is all you need, just open up clonecd, and open the .dvd file, it will grab all the info from the nrg file but do not load the nrg file make sure you load the .dvd file. everything should work fine, i download a game a it had .iso and .dvd, i just opened the .dvd with clone and burned worked perfect, need more help just let me know
when you downloaded the game did you read the readme or description?? did it say if it was prepatched?? because if it was then you might have to create a .dvd file(just edit a different one with the path of the .nrg file, if not you will probably have to patch it yourself but then again you said that it was not working with ss merger. try renaming to a .iso and and find the ss on the net somewhere and patch it with isobuilder, i find that is way more reliable then ss merger
