Hey guys I have recently had the opportunity to try and fix and xbox 360 and maybe even mod it. I ususally stick to PS2s but this is a good experience for me. So what I am asking is the xbox is having a pretty good error it blinks red on 3 of the four ring lights (the 3 lights are the top left the bottom left and the bottom right the other light is not doing anything.) Also nothing comes on the tv I was told it had a checker board looking image on the screen at first but now it projects nothing. I am just curious if anyone could help me out in this situation. Any advice or knowledge on this subject would be greatly apperciated. Thank you.

Ive had this problem with a friends 360. If you sit down and reboot about 30 times it seems to clear for a while and then returns. There are a few ideas on the web about insufficent voltage and overheating but I am yet to find someone who has a cure for the three red lights. Mine are same config. Any help would be apprieciated
