you have hitachi or samsung, if you are using hitachi, probably just the media, if you don;t have to new firmware, try to upgrade to garyopa 2.3 or birdyflasher 2.2, they both have decent media patch detection, alot of hitachi are stubborn with the media they use. samsung has a little more variety.
