I've just got a Swap Magic 3 slide card and disk and I have a copy of Tenkaichi 2 PAL version. Whenever I do everything, it boots up properly, except the bottom of the screen is cut off, not so much that it makes the game unplayable but it makes it more difficult to play. Any ways I can make the screen size smaller?

You don't have to make the screen smaller. Go to the game's options and screen adjust.
