How to boot DVD backups with Swap CD?

Hi,
My cousin broke my Swap Magic 3.6 DVD few days ago, so now I have the CD version only. So I ask, how to run my DVD backups with Swap Magic CD? I tried to do something like this:
SwapCD > uLaunchELF (on another CD) > ZoneLoader (placed on memory card) > original game (the getaway) > dvd backup
But it's not working, says only, that this isn't valid DVD.
I also found something like "SWAPMAGIC_3.6_DVD.ELF" on torrent, so I recorded it at CD, and tried to launch (with uLaunch), but the only thing that I get is Swap Magic screen, and then a blank screen.
So help, what should I do?
