More than one way to do this. You can use Shrink after converting your .wmv files to DVD-Video with Nero or ConvertX to DVD. I thought I would try it with just ConvertX. I opened CovertX and loaded the following clips with these file types:
.asf
.avi
mpeg (a .vob file)
.asf
.wmv (a Windows Movie Maker sample file)
mpeg

I just added various clips and stuff. Once loaded I told the program to add a chapter every couple of minutes. I set the TV format to 4:3 so they should all look alike. After its done I'll get back and let you know if it worked.

Edit....
Well it worked just fine. It took about 4 or 5 minutes to add a bunch of random clips, change a couple of program settings then about 10 minutes to convert the entire thing to DVD-Video. It has a chapter listing for every clip on the menu so I can select the different clips.

I unchecked the burn DVD box so I just made this on my HDD and not burned to a DVD. I can play it with either Windows Media Player or Nero Showtime.

All u have to do is burn them as Data, using Nero or any other burning program, This way will not let u be able to watch them on a dvd player but u would be able to watch them on a PC or Laptop with a media player. IF u wanted to watch them on a DVD player then follow what FasFrank said in his post.

Do u have Nero?
U can use Nero burning Rom or Nero Express or Nero start smart.
