i noticed some games have to be burned at different speeds so what is the best speed to be set at for all games thanks

Burn at half the max speed of the discs you are burning on too, so if the discs are 8x burn at 4x. I burn onto 16x sony DVD+R at 8x and havent had a coaster yet and ive burned over 200+ games and movies.

Hi..

I always burn PS2 dvd's at 4 x speed. I can tell at one hand how many times it didn't work....

I use Verbatim dvd's.

It's recommended to burn at 4x even with a 1-16x DVD-R pack (which I have) and my games work without a problem
