it is locked to CINGULAR
USA

The code is wrong because it's locked to AT&T NOT Cingular.

I called my wife to see who she bought the phone through and it ended up being Centennial Wireless.
I know I am being a pain in the butt. Can I get the code for them please?

The IMEI is also for Centennial but as you stated it was Cingular I did not think about saying it could be locked to Centennial.
