WHEN I GO TO CONTROL PANEL AND CLICK ON SYSTEM RESTORE A MESSAGE APPEARS SAYING SOME FRAMEDYNN.DLL WAS NOT FOUND CAN ANY ONE HELP

I'll give you a hint...and let ya in on a little secret.

Not all of us guru's know everything about anything when it comes to computers. We learn just as you do.

The little secret.....this little hidden search engine called GOOGLE!!

I posted a suggestion in the last thread you started here. Try that first because until you do and respond,......this is all the help you're going to get.
