l,m on msn messenger chatting with friends and now and then send them some emoticons which are already on the drop down list and l also have quite a few which l have copyed onto the list. These have been on for a long time, but the other day l noticed the copyed one's were not on the emoticons list.l tried system restore but this did not help, where could these copyed emoticons be.Any ideas why this has happened, and what l can do to get them back.

When you click on the picture of the smiling face to open the list click in the bottom corner on the button that says more... not on the whats hot part but on my emoticons then you will be taken to another window scroll to the bottom and it will say My Emoticons and to the right will be the options to pin and unpin any of the emoticons you would like have you tried that? :)

sometimes copied emoticons just go away sometimes I found, if you have two accounts or more make sure your logged in with the account that you saved the emoticons with.
