ok i have a modded dash bord evolution x and i bought a usb connecter that fits into one of my controler ports,and i connected my exturnal usb hard drive and on my dash bord it showed that their was a new hard drive it was like folder F or somthen but when i clicked in it,it said folder not formated,does anyone know how 2 format a hard drive if so please help me

These are for installing an External HDD to your xbox, but I don't know if this will help you a whole lot.

Also you could try this tutorial:

FTP.php" target="_blank">http://www.xbox-scene.com/articles/hdd-FTP.php

This is how to Format a HDD using FTP, and I think this may help you a bit. Hope this helps
