problem getting video off of phone

I was wondering if anybody could help me. I have a Motorola V360 Ive tried to get video off of phone. But when it transfers to my computer the video doesn't have any sound. Was wondering if anybody knew how to transfer video with sound off phone. I've tried just sticking a usb cable into it and getting files off of phone that way.
