would anyone know of a program to convert video into WMV files so I can play them on my 360? the update is great, but my videos are in AVI format. A free program would even be better. lol

You could use blaze media. Or what I did - WinAVI
Do a google search for "avi to wmv" and take your pick.

do a google search for "transcode 360" it'll convert/stream on the fly and you can play your videos directly from 360.
