hi. i downloaded like 5 PS2 games, and tried many different types of media. they burn without problems, but when i play them, they have graphical glitches, lag like crap, or dont even load. i use BitComet. i get download speeded of around 20-50 usually. sometimes it goes to 10. and when i try to install them on my HDD, HD loader gives me an error saying that there have been errors installing, and it still wont work.

why does this happen? and how do i fix it?

it still sounds like a media issue. use taiyo yuden or verbatim and burn at half the rated speed of the media. what mods do you have on your ps2? are you extracting the .iso's properly and burning them properly? is there a guide you've been following?

i use TDK DVD+R. rated speed is 16x. i burn (using imgBurn) at 2x. i extract the ISO using WinRAR. i test before writing/extracting. i have a Matrix infinity version 1.68, with a 120GB HDD.

the TDK are stamped "made in japan," right? burning too slowly has the possibility of doing as much harm as burning to quickly. burn at least at 4x. more help will come when i or others think of other ideas.

Why is this in the P2P section ?
And why don't you read one of the 5 or 6 guides we have on copied games, media types and burning speeds rather than make a new post?
