Hi all,

During an overseas trip I asked if I could buy a prepaid SIM for my Nokia Phone and the guy in the store said yes and that he will unlocked for me, the result was he could not made work the local prepaid SIM, and I think he hardlocked my phone. I never tried to unlocked before.

I used a Unlock Calculator and when I try to unlock it I got a "Phone Restriction on" messages, which I understand means my Phone is hardlocked. Is there anything else I can try? I will be able to use with my provider when I return home?

Make/model phone: Nokia 6102b
IMEI #: 358846000177778
Country the phone is locked in: USA
Provider the phone is locked to: Cingular Wireless (Colorado)
