i just checked my machine and it allready has the 1080 dpi settings in there to use, so does that mean i dont need to update,
as i only wanted this bit from the live update anyway..
my machine was made in august 06

1080p tv's are still pretty new. If your tv isn't able than don't bother.

Not that it matters right now, anyhow, because there isn't anything that's 1080p which you can run in the 360.

1080p's picture is actually a little cleaner and less flickerly that 1080i. This is due to the Progressive vs interlated scan lines. Most TV's can't do 1080p yet. Well most people actually own anyway. Thank God my 55 inch SXRD does 1080p. Won't make much difference until 1080p games arrive.

my tv does the 1080p

but if it aint that good at the moment i keep off the update as i have samsung drive on xtreme 3.3

dont want to brick now.....
