IS IT POSSIBLE TO USE A SWAP MAGIC CD v3.8 TO BOOT SWAP MAGIC DVD (or dvd backup)

IVE FOUND A THREAD ON 3.6 AND TRIED ON MY 3.8 BUT IT DOESNT WORK

1. BOOT SM CD
2. Click Boot
3. At screen (NTSC, DEFAULT, PAL) open drive
4. INSERT PS2 ORIGINAL GAME (BIG TOC) i used SOCOM 3
5. Wait till it refreshes TOC
6. SWAP USIN SLIDE CARD WITH BACKUP

THIS METHOD DOES NOT WORK OR WONT WORK 4 ME ... PLZ HELP

It doesn't work cos Socom 3 isn't big enough to boot the SM DVD.
The TOC of your original game MUST be the same or larger size than the disc you're trying to boot, so, since SM DVD is 4.35Gb, you'll need to use a game that's also 4.35Gb, or larger, such as Devil May Cry or GTA Vice City.

Can u give me the exact steps cuz i tried with Devil May Cry and it loads the PS2 "Please insert a playstation or ps2 format disc"
