dbox sagem viewing problem

i have bought a DBOX sagem model. it started well and was working well no problem at all. but 2weeks ago i dont know what happened i just lost viewing some channels. like sky eurosport ...... i think all the cable channels
the only one left for me to view are just BB1 and 2 , STV( channel 3)
and channel 4....
i scanned all the channels again and its ok i have all the channel available but CANT have any image at all. i tried many times the scan goes well on SYM 6887 but no image displayed.
please please if anybody have the solution just get back to me ... i will much appreciate any help as im desperate. at some point i wanted to throw the box out

hi , i have found in this type of situation if my box is working well, then suddenly i lose a lot of channels , i simply reflash the image to the box and it seems to sort it.
