Hey guys, i need some help with this tool

i have it installed, it was working for 3-4 days so far, and about an hour ago my swap magic stopped working (saying 'insert bigger TOC disc') so i searched the forums and found out what was going on...one of my tools was loose or something.

i tried the other one i have and it is still working fine with that one. but http://www2.propichosting.com/Images/450016209/5.JPG
is not working all of a sudden.

can anyone please tell me how i can take the tool back out and put it back in, or move it so it will work again? i appreciate any help you guys can give, thanks heaps! :D

I can help.
anyways your picture didn't show up.
My guess that you have the slim line ps2 and 3 magic keys right??
Here's my suggestion. Put any cd or dvd game to your ps2
Leave the flip top open, then turn on your ps2.
IF the cd do not spin, then that means one or more of your keys is loose.
IF the cd do spins, then we have another scenario.
However try my suggestion first.
