Each code is unique to the IMEI.
How many codes have you tried?

about 3 to 4, from this forum and another :(
Hope I haven't damaged the phone. I got two from Rogers, when I activated business plans for two employees in the org, and want to unlock it so that I can use it with FIDO and/or otrher GSM networks
The IMEI on this phone is 359372/00/752418/4

After the phone boots up, press #
Press * 3 times fast for (p)
Press * 4 times fast for (w)
Press * 2 times fast for (+)
Verify code before pressing the last #.
"Code error", don't try again!!
"Phone restrictions off", it's unlocked!
Click Here If Code Gives No Response/No Message
Click on banner for 24/7 unlocking
Your mobile is probably hardlocked mate.
