Menu transitions in DVD Architect 3.0

Ok, I just got DVD Architect 3.0 and I'm learning how to use it. Everything was going fine until I decided to try doing some menu transitions!
I tried following the manual where it tells you to drag a transition file from the explorer to the root file in the project overview but where are the transition files - I can't find them in any of the Sony folders. What's even more annoying is that these transitions are easily visible in Vegas Movie Studio with a little 'transitions' tab - why can't Architect be the same?
It's obvious that you can create menu transitions in DVD Architect (else it wouldn't be in the manual!) so maybe I'm just a dumb-ass!
Please can someone help me create my menu transitions?

Maybe it means drag any media file on your pc to the folder?
