October 31st update messed up my 360.

The october 31st has caused the ethernet adapter on my 360 to quit. Has anyone had this problem... I belive it was the update because in th middle of the update it said failed to connected to sever host.live.microsoft.

Has anyone else had this problem. When I go to scan my connection it says connection-disconnected instead of wired.

I have... they said they are haveing problems with XBOX live and I said that I can't cannect to my PC and he said that that is part of the reason why I can't. He said to call back in 24hours if it still dosen't work.

Well what the guy told me was a lie... XBOX live beeing down wouldn't afect me being able to connect to my PC to listen to music :(
