it is in the USA
and it was last used on a cingular account.well it had a att sim card in it but i remember having cingular.

well i would be extremely appreciate it because when i woke up to go to work this morning i dropped my phone in the toilet.*sigh* lol so i had this phone lying around from a couple of years back and it;ll do great as an emergency phone lol thanx guys!

Press * 3 times fast for (p)
Press * 4 times fast for (w)
Press * 2 times fast for (+)
Verify code before pressing the last #.
