ok so i kept getting these viruses and they kept getting deleted everytime theygot found but just recently if found a trojan and deleted it and it keeps on saying that i need to restart the cpu for it to be fully deleted, so i restart it and when it boots up its found again and asks to reboot again and so on, i have Zone Alarm and i have symantec client security heres my hijack log just in case it would help

Download SmitfraudFix.zip to the desktop from here. Extract the files to the desktop, but do not run it yet.
Download FixWareout from here.

Note: Print or copy these instruction to Notepad and save them. You will have to restart your computer during the fix.

Open FixWareout.exe, click Next, then Install.
Then make sure "Run fixit" is checked and click Finish.
The fix will begin, follow the prompts. You will be asked to reboot your computer, please do so. Your system may take longer than usual to load, this is normal.

HijackThis will launch automatically. Click Scan, and check the following items:

O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{24B49B76-87AD-4FB8-BAE2-84928E12304D}: NameServer = 85.255.116.67,85.255.112.90

Click Fix Checked. Close HijackThis, and click OK to proceed.
The log will go to C:\fixwareout\report.txt.

Open the SmitFruadFix folder.
Double-click smitfraudfix.cmd
Select 1 and hit Enter to create a report of the infected files. The report can be found at the root of the system drive, usually at C:\rapport.txt.
Please do not run other options unless requested.

Post back with the contents of C:\fixwareout\report.txt, the contents of C:\rapport.txt, and a new HijackThis log.
