Can anyone tell me why my Dbox 2 does not work. Arrived yesterday plugged it it did the scan & it says cannot find any channels. It is in debug mode already. Bought it from Germany

Hi, I got it working & then it started to switch itself off. Can restart it, but the channels are stored & there is no picture. I started to mess round with the remote & put timer on & put yes to record. Can I restet it to go back to how it was when it arrived & scan for the channels again. And if I can how can I do it?
