ok i had to reinstal windows on my pc i have done this many times before with no hazzle..i have less running on my pc then before i had thisd problem and i have taken all the software off and it still does it without any programs on it..the pc is using all its recourses sometimes when im browsing..leaving the curser to browsing to be jittery..i have AVG pro spyware and antivirus running and my u torrent and windows live the task manager is open and its on zero% i do nothing and it goes up to 100 and fully green in the box so i look on it and it says ie explorer is using it all..i have ttreid evrything i have the latest drivers for my pc its a dell pentim 4 i gig of memory 533mhz ands 2.6 please some one help as im going to take a very l;arge hammer to my pc
