DVDSHRINK & Shes The Man

I am having trouble with Shes The Man & DvdShrink. DvdShrink gets to a certain point and quits with the error message that it has encountered an unexpected problem. Anyone have an idea?

DVD_Shrink cannot backup this movie. Have you tried any other methods? You might want to take a look at RipIt4Me.
