I follow many os threads in here often. One thing I noticed that in many cases people are being told to change their boot device order then change it back. I don't see the need. Right from day one I changed my boot order to 1 - floppy 2 - CD drive 3 - Hard drive and I leave it that way. Then I feel I have all my bases covered. If there is no floppy disc inserted it moves on to the the CD, If there is no CD inserted it moves on to the hard drive and boots up normal. Yes it takes a couple of extra seconds to boot as the system searches the devices but if I loose the ability to talk to the Bios im still covered. Just a thought.
