hi all just registered

i have a pi release of a 360 game and was wondering if there is a way to back these up yet. if they cant be done then what should i look out for to get pre patched games, i use newsgroups to get my files.

Imo pi releases have been junk. If it were me I'd just download a different release. Especially if you're using newsgroups. It won't take that long. As long as you don't have dial up :)

Most everything I've seen released lately is already patched and ready to burn. Just read the .nfo before you download it to verify. Also, double check that it'll work with your region.

I've noticed that if you patch the proper ss.bin file and pad with blank on ssmerger1.7 you can get PI releases to work. But they're still shit.

Please delete if it isn't allowed mods, but here's a list of working and non working scene releases. Pretty much all of these were released, before hacked firmware became common place. Newer games like post July that you'd find should be all good.

thanxs all for expresing your opinion and knowledge. is the best way of finding out if a game is pre patched to just d/l the nfo file first and look to see if it described as an iso

Yeah I just look for the NFOs. However, like I said I haven't come across one post July retail release post that didn't work unless it was a fake. Also you can download one RAR file, open it with WinRAR and see if it has a dvd file in it along with the ISO.
