I've just got my backups to start working, i've backed up onimusha 2, and devil may cry 3 successfully, however resident evil 4, and shadow of the colossus have both not worked, same media, same method. I use Sony DVD+R media and the last version of DVD-Decrypter. Any ideas guys? Just some bad DVD+R's in the batch? Lemme know, thanks!

could be some bad discs, could be that your PS2 is picky about DVD+R
do they not load at all?

correct they do not load at all, they just make scratchy noises, however the other ones load no problem, and to add to my success list is onimusha 4 :), but i have not tried reburning RE 4 or SOC yet, after i retry them i will repost my report on here

also my ps2 is a v12 PS2Slimline. in case you were wondering, or if that matters as to the media. And i use Slimtools and Swap Magic 3.6

RE 4 success... shadow of the colossus the 2nd time around however not, perhaps just another bad disc.
