When i open up adobe photoshop i keep getting this error, any advice?

Hmmm, not seen that error before. Anyway, a fix would be to hit the "don't show this at startup" and then "use anyway". That should get rid of the error.
Does the error effect the performance of Photoshop?

it doesn't affect the performance, it's just that the colour looks wrong

a cd should have come with your monitor; you just need to reinstall that stuff so that it's reset.

I've done that but it didn't do anything :(, at least i don't think it did anyway the installation came up to a website page

/edit i have done that and this i what the disk comes up with and i have done the FTP adjust thing

To be honest, I would concact Adobe PS support about this...
