I bought my Swap Magic 3.6 from thegiantstore.com, and I have sent 3 emails to their tech support on their contacts page, but I still have not gotten a single reply. It's been 2 weeks since I sent them an email. What can I do?

Call your credit card up and report fraud. Also go to the BBB and report them.
