Okay, I downloaded this one dictionary. However, what I got is a .bin and a .cue file. What am I supposed to do now? How do I install it?

if you have Nero you can open the cue file with Nero burning rom, if u just want to install it without burning it you can mount the image (cue) with Daemon Tools,
