Hey JG
Thanks for the code but if refuse to be accepted.
When I type in the code and end with the pound sign it doesn't do anything it waits for more information I guess.
I double checked everything it doesn't work. Should I enter it with the sim inserted?

If the code just sat there after pressing the final # then do this
Insert a non accepted sim, most times it will show "Phone Restricted"
Press the UNDO option
You should see a box that says enter restriction code.
Enter the code given and then press (OK)

Thanks for your help but it doesn't work. I only have one try left.
Is it the phone that locks or the sim? Is the number of tries within a day or on different occassions.

(1) #pw+708460724606373+1# - Code Error was Reported (the sim card was in the phone)
(2) #pw+105914422361324+7# - Code Error was Reported (the sim card was in the phone)
(3) #pw+936222051424235+7# - Code Error was Reported (I removed the sim card)
(4) #pw+936222051424235+7# - Code Error was Reported (I removed the sim card)

I got the first two codes from
http://www.trycktill.com/eng/unlock_swe.asp website
I just open the phone and it say it is a 3220b rather than 3220. In order to get the version 3220 I typed *#0000#.
Anyway thanks very much for your assistance.

First, confirm the phone is a C&W phone.
I need you to do something.
Select "Settings-Phone Settings-Network Settings" and select manual.
Tell me what you see.
Also, do you know if C&W have anything to do with AT&T?

Well, I am stumped.
I must agree with etowah and suggest code # 5.
What we really need to confirm is the Mobile Network Code (MNC) for C&W.
The code #pw+936222051424235+7# should have worked.
It is possible that #pw+318996534661607+1# or #pw+846121364413137+5# might work but your first two tries have placed us in the Do-Do.
The normal course is #1 then #5.
I do not know any Networks that use #1 so #5 looks like the best guess.
BEFORE you try, how did you resolve the problem:

MCC-MNC
St Lucia - 358-110 C&W
338-0501 Digicel
Assigned MCC - 358 for St. Lucia
