ok my friend backsup dvd's and he listed 3 programs to use
i dont know how they work so i need help

Nero 7
dvd decrypter
dvd shrink

I DONT KNOW WHERE TO START HELP!!!!!

Decrypter removes the protection of files on a DVD that prevent users from making copies of the discs they purchase (backing up is protected by the Supreme Court of the United States, but some of our elected officials passed a digital millennium copy protection law that makes it illegal to bypass protection schemes that allow users to exercise their legal rights). You have to use Decrypter first in order to copy the files to a hard drive.

Those files will often be too large to fit on a single DVD disc unless it is a DL (double layer for DVD+R DL and "dual layer" for a DVD-R DL disc) disc. DVD Shrink allows you to compress the movie files in order to fit them onto a single disc. It may also allow you to remove extra features you may not want in order to reduce the amount of movie compression for a better looking recording.

The last step is to record the files from your hard drive to a DVD disc in the proper video format recognized by DVD players. Nero 7 will allow you to do that.

Programs you need is DVDFab Decrypter + VobBlanker + DVDShrink and IMG Burn all are free programs see the guide below...
