Burning ps2 games from u torrent...

I downloaded the two games from www.gamestorrents.com they were tony hawk project 8 and Need for speed carbon... The tony hawk game has 31 files that I can use WinRAR and the rest of them I cant. And the Need for speed carbon Has no extract files to WinRAR but has the other files...What should I do for both of them please help me...

same thing click on the first file // click open with WinRAR then it will change it to a WinRAR file..

then next time it will show up on other games
