Can a game be only 2.37gb???

I am backing up my Justice League Heroes game and I used DVD Decrypter to make the .ifo file and it is only 2.37gb. Does that sound right? Shouldn't it be a lot bigger?

oh yeah!!! and also.... if that is the correct size, can I burn it onto a 4.7gb DVD-R or would it still be better to burn it onto a 8.5gb DVD+R DL???

yes it can. ultimate spiderman is < 2.0gb and it runs fine. i'd burn to a 4.7gig dvd not a dl. can ps2 do dl?

Thanx for answering me. I really appreciate it. As for PS2 reading DVD+R DLs, I am really new to this but from what I have read, if a game is large and you don't want to compress or rebuild, you can put them on the DVD+R/-R DL 8.5gb and they should run. Maybe I have misunderstood, but I think that's the way they were saying.

Only games that need DL like GOW and GT4 can run from DL, even then they need to be patched.

Some games are as small as 1.5gb like GTA Liberty City Stories and Mercenaries, Mercenaries is a huge game so i dont know how they do it.

depends on what boot method you're using.. If you're using Swapmagic then you must rebuild a dl game to fit on a dvd-+R
if you're using a modchip and it supports DL it will work with a DL

most games are Single Layer Dvd's anyhow so not much need for rebuilding on most...
