Hi I need to unlock my sister phone she buy it in Mexico Telcel

Insert a NON accepted sim card.When it says phone restricted, press "undo."
It will ask for a restriction code,and enter the code in to the box on screen,and then input this code #pw+013 493 632 146 205+7#

Press * 4 times fast for (w)
Press * 2 times fast for (+)
