Guitar Hero II on HdAdvance

Hi, i installed both guitar hero 1 and 2 with hdadvance. The games work great.....with a dualshock controller. When I plug in my guitar controller(official SG controller) the games dont seem to recognize that a controller has been plugged in at all. Is this a problem with my .iso's? Any suggestions?

I have the same problem, I tried using swap magic and the second still didn't work, but the 1st guitar hero worked with swap magic, i'll check if it'll work with HDadvance
