Hello there
i have a problem when playing any type of videofile for example AVI, ogm, mpg, mpeg etc... even DVDs everytime I open the file or the autoplay runs an instalation windows apears saying "configuring DocumentViewer" then it says that feature is on a network resouce that is unavailable and it asks for an alternative path for DocumentViewer.msi
I have search for this file and i cant find it what can i do to solve this problem.

HP pc(or at least an HP printer)? If so, try re-installing ImageZone.

You could also fire up your favourite media player, go into the options and re-associate it with know media types.
