OGM to DivX/Xvid ?? (Please help)

I have an OGM video file (a TV episode), with 2 Audio tracks, one in Japanese and the other in English (Audio Track 2).

I need to convert the OGM file with track 2 that would be English to DivX. I've tried a number of programs like SUPER, a couple of OGM to AVI apps I found on Google, but none of them work to convert it with English.


So please, if there's any other application you know that can do this work, please post.

Use OGMDeumx from http://cyrius.bunkus.org/ogmtools.html to extract the AVI, and the two audio files, then an AVI editor to mux the english audio with the video.
