Hi im looking to flash my drive on my new 360 according to the site 360drives.com i have a Toshiba-Samsung ms28 drive.

I currently have onboard sata on a Abit kv8 pro motherboard via k8t800 pro + vt8237 but no where in the manual does it say what sata chipset it is.

is it likely i can use this to flash my 360 drive or is it better to get a pci card?
